Position: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – Pediatric Home Health Location: Eagle Pass Schedule: Part-time 10 to 24 visits per week OR full-time 25 or more visits per week. As a COTA with Amazing Care, you’ll work closely with licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to help children achieve developmental goals through therapeutic interventions. This position offers growth potential and the opportunity to build your practice within an outstanding team dedicated to high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs Support assessment of patients’ abilities and limitations through standardized and non-standardized tests Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, adaptive equipment, and daily living strategies Stay current with best practices, regulations, and professional standards of care Maintain detailed documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and any changes in condition Prepare reports for patient evaluations, discharge planning, and team meetings Why Join Us

Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in Texas Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses Benefits
