Edwards College of Dental Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for a full time Endodontist in the Department of Biomedical and Community Health Sciences, Division of Emergency Services. The Division provides classroom and clinical instruction for pre-doctoral dental students and Post-Graduate Endodontics Students in all areas of endodontics and urgent care. The Endodontist will work collaboratively within all disciplines of the department (Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Radiology, Pain Management and Basic Sciences and Health Services Research) and other departments of the College of Dental Medicine in a comprehensive care environment. Job Description

The James B. Edwards College of Dental Medicine, Medical University of South Carolina is seeking applications for a full time Endodontist in the Department of Biomedical and Community Health Sciences, Division of Emergency Services. The Division provides classroom and clinical instruction for pre-doctoral dental students and Post-Graduate Endodontics Students in all areas of endodontics and urgent care. The Endodontist will work collaboratively within all disciplines of the department (Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Radiology, Pain Management and Basic Sciences and Health Services Research) and other departments of the College of Dental Medicine in a comprehensive care environment. The position reports directly to the Chief for the Division of Emergency Services. Department of Biomedical and Community Health Sciences.

Qualified candidates must hold a DDS or DMD degree, have graduated preferably from a CODA Accredited Endodontic Residency program with preference going to board eligible or certified individuals. Experience in educational innovation, use of technology in education and computer skills are expected with preference given to those with previous teaching and research experience. Successful applicants should have a South Carolina Dental License or qualify for a teaching license. Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience.
