Position Summary Assess psychosocial functioning. Plan and implement direct and indirect social work services. Must have working knowledge of the principles and practices of social work and community agencies, including individual, group, and family therapy. Work collaboratively with providers in the office. Minimum Requirements Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Non-violent crisis intervention training. If not current at time of hire, must complete within first 30 days of employment and maintained without lapse during employment.
