Physical Therapy (PT) - Inpatient Rehab Location

Per Diem/PRN Compensation

As a Physical Therapist (PT), evaluate all assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. Delegate and direct all discipline-specific therapy services for those assigned patients. Design functional treatment programs to enable effective return to community activities. Educate patients, families, students, co-workers, and self. Perform other professional duties related to patient care, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and program delivery. Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and programs. Provide ongoing evaluation of patient status and goals, modifying treatment plans for timely progression. Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and community return. Coordinate treatment with other clinical/therapeutic services and available community resources. Attend clinical meetings as needed to facilitate coordination. Provide patient education, including comprehensive home programs with instruction to patient, family, and other caregivers to facilitate safe discharge. Prepare for discharge, including ordering necessary equipment and recommendations for ongoing therapeutic services to ensure continuum of care. Evaluate patients in home, school, work, or community environments to facilitate return to activities, with recommended adaptations or training as needed. Identify and manage levels of care to ensure care plan delivery. Delegate and supervise PTAs and support personnel to maximize outcomes and efficient use of services. Minimum requirements
Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Certified BLS Per Diem Requirement
Two (8 HR) shifts per month. At least one of those a weekend and one high-need day (weekday, weekend, or holiday). Seniority level
