Clinic Coordinator-Somatic Care at Vesta, Inc. Vesta, Inc. is a not-for-profit, financially sound mental health company expanding throughout the Maryland area. We provide comprehensive behavioral healthcare including clinic services, day programs, and residential homes for individuals with mental health disorders. This role supports Somatic Care coordination at the Severn Region and assists the front desk and administrative duties. Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule client psychiatric and medical appointments and provide needed support to the Primary Care Doctor. Seek and link clients with external resources as needed. Provide support and maintain documentation in the electronic prescription system. Liaison with the pharmacy for client prescription refills and correction of errors. Coordinate and schedule laboratory appointments ordered by physicians. Coordinate and schedule injections for clients per doctor orders. Answer all phone calls and respond to callers on hold within one minute. Monitor the waiting room and alert providers if clients are not seen within a reasonable time frame. Triage clients, obtain vitals and relevant information, and complete check-in screenings. Organize and deliver medication to appropriate properties/locations and monitor medication as directed. Ensure client profiles and records are updated by scanning and filing necessary documents. Qualifications

High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in health and human services or business management (preferred) or equivalent experience in a related medical or administrative role. 3 years of experience in a medical office setting with similar duties. Knowledge of medical terminology, transcription, and insurance. Experience with somatic and psychiatric service coordination. Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations. Intermediate or advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) is desirable. Position Details

This is a full-time hourly position. Ideal schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Ability to pass background check and drug screening required. Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range:

$23.77/hour – $26.62/hour, paid bi-weekly, with opportunities for overtime. Salary calculated based on education and experience. Other Compensation:

Bonuses (variable, based on company and individual performance) and paid training. PTO:

New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated). Sick leave up to 40 hours per calendar year (pro-rated). Holidays:

8 paid holidays per year for full-time employees; overtime may apply if required on holidays. Part-time employees may be eligible for overtime on holidays. Retirement:

403(b) plan with employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions yearly. Health Benefits:
