Therapist – Legacy Treatment Services
Job Overview We are seeking a qualified Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in an Adolescent Treatment Program. The Therapist will guide clinical treatment alongside the treatment team, develop treatment plans, maintain clinical documentation, and create a strengths‑based therapeutic environment aligned with the agency’s philosophy. The role requires meeting all administrative, legal, and program requirements, including DCPP and COA, and coordinating all aspects of residents’ treatment programs.
Responsibilities
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in an Adolescent Treatment Program.
Guide all clinical treatment in collaboration with the treatment team.
Complete treatment plans, clinical notes, and all clinical documentation.
Establish and maintain a positive, strengths‑based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu.
Meet all administrative, legal, and program requirements mandated by operating contracts (e.g., DCPP, COA).
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a resident’s treatment program and provide therapy in accordance with the treatment plan.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
License required: LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.
