Travel LTAC RN role at Vibra Healthcare.
Overview Work with a single recruiter from start to finish, with local and non‑local positions available. You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate plus a tax‑free stipend where applicable, no pay cuts mid‑contract, referral bonuses up to $1,000, and license reimbursement if you need a new state license. You choose assignments from partner facilities across the country.
Responsibilities Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The provision of care includes direct care along with delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.
Position Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.
Location Details Columbia, Missouri – vibrant city with a blend of small‑town charm and big‑city amenities, home to the University of Missouri. It offers diverse dining, arts, and outdoor recreation, with three major hospitals including a Level I trauma center.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment.
Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor.
Current, valid, and active driver’s license.
Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
Additional Qualifications / Skills:
1 year acute care experience strongly preferred.
Professional image projection.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
Ability to make independent decisions when warranted.
Working knowledge of computers and job‑related software.
No illegal drug or alcohol use.
Certificates / Licensure:
Active RN license in the state of employment.
Active BLS certification from a Vibra Travels‑approved vendor.
Active driver’s license.
Additional certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP).
