Texas Health Huguley offers flexible staffing alternatives for RNs on a temporary basis, with a maximum assignment duration of 13 weeks. Assignments may be extended per original assignment terms but cannot exceed 12 consecutive months total at any single location/facility.

36 guaranteed hours (3–12 hour shifts per week commitment)
Shift:
Nights (7:00 pm – 7:00 am)

13‑week assignment commitment with 1 week of facility orientation.
MUST HAVE ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE.
Position and Hourly Rate:
Registered Nurse (RN):
Nights: $60.00 + $4.50 shift differential = $64.50/hour
Weekends: $60.00 + $4.50 + $6.00 = $70.50/hour

The role you'll contribute:
The Registered Nurse performs direct patient care activities that are developmental and age‑specific for the population served. The RN performs a wide variety of job duties during shifts, promotes and restores patient health by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, completing the nursing process and patient plans of care, providing emotional, physical and spiritual support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members.

Deliver patient‑centered nursing care using the SHARE principles to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.

Provide quality care by adhering to Standards of Practice, measuring health outcomes against patient‑centered goals.
Utilize multidisciplinary team strategies to achieve quality outcomes.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with policies and procedures, calling for assistance from healthcare support personnel when needed.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse License to practice in the state of Texas or a Compact Registered Nurse License from a NCLA Compact State.
Associate Degree in Nursing.
Active BLS Certification.
Active ACLS Certification.
BSN Preferred.
