PRN Occupational Therapist Opportunity at Trailpoint Village Availability for South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures. Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and provides quality patient care Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans Develop discharge plans Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) Contribute to case management Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy What’s in it for you?
