Responsibilities
Follow the plan of care by the Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients. Interpret evaluation findings to provide care and safety relating to dysfunction. Provide treatment based on the goals and follow through with treatment to achieve established goals. Provide advice and education to patients and family. Regularly assess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the progress of the patient towards goals, and the need for modifying plans and treatment.
Qualifications
Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. Home Health experience preferred; not required. Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by state regulations.
Compensation
The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit

We are looking for COTA coverage in the following areas:
Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Moorpark, Oak Park, Agoura Hills, Simi Valley, Somis, Camarillo, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Camarillo, and Ventura
