We are seeking a dedicated RN - Labor and Delivery to provide comprehensive nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, ensuring patient safety.
Assist with labor management, delivery procedures, and emergency interventions.
Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Skills Needed
Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and compassionate patient care skills.
Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of obstetric and neonatal nursing practices.
