As a Staff Pharmacist, you will support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing your Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and oversee the management, oversight and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy.
Responsibilities
Patient safety and pharmacy professional practice
Regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer servicePersonnel and inventory management, financial profitability
Lead with empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues
Motivate, inspire and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address development opportunities
Identify critical business opportunities and implement solutions to drive growth and improve performance
Adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
Required Qualifications
Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
Immunization certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Compensation Typical pay range: $65.00 – $81.00 per hour
Bonus, commission or short-term incentive program available.
