Safe Haven Outpatient Clinician (Full Time)

United States, Rhode Island, Woonsocket Safe Haven Outpatient Clinician (Full Time) Community Care Alliance is proud to offer an array of services supporting individuals who are homeless/unstably housed and coping with mental health and substance use challenges. Many of these services are part of the Safe Haven drop-in center and in the community. Responsibilities: Develop person-centered recovery plans Provide crisis intervention Meet with clients individually and in groups to provide psychotherapy Support the Safe Haven staff by assisting with managing challenging client behaviors Provide training on mental health and substance use Assist with development of safety plans Skills and Training Requirements: Must be a licensed clinician Masters degree in Social Work or related Human Services Field Support clients in their recovery capital and connect them to detox and higher levels of care Excellent verbal and written communication skills Understanding of mental health and substance use issues Ability to use an EHR and document services electronically Community Care Alliance offers competitive salaries based on experience, skills, and performance, along with a comprehensive benefits package and great work/life balance.
