Job Description The Ambulatory Pharmacy Technician supports the Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacist practice by handling appointments, gathering and documenting patient information through interviews with patients, families, caregivers, pharmacies, and medical providers. The role provides expertise in prior authorizations and may administer vaccines when in scope for the practice site.

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Oregon Certified Pharmacy Technician upon hire.
Oregon Pharmacy Technician License upon hire.
National Certified Pharmacy Technician certification within 2 years of hire.
1 year Pharmacy Technician experience if PTCB or 2 years of pharmacy technician experience if without national certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Completion of a Pharmacy Technician program or related coursework.
1 year Customer Service experience.
