CBHC Clinician, Northampton Join Clinical & Support Options, Inc. as a CBHC (Community Behavioral Health Clinic) Clinician in Northampton.

Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or group mental health therapy for CBHC-engaged clients.

Participate in development and implementation of treatment planning and coordination of care as appropriate.

Provide same‑day and urgent care access to clients, and support services for transitions of care.

Provide education and support to individuals and their family members as appropriate, and conduct psycho‑social assessments for assigned clients.

Provide services in clinic‑based, school‑based, or community‑based outreach settings according to clinical need.

Attend in‑service trainings on evidence‑based best practices and other topics as appropriate.

Attend and participate in treatment planning meetings, staff meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and other meetings as required or assigned.

For services to children/adolescents, provide linkages to after‑school programming and related pro‑social activities for referred youth as appropriate.

Qualifications

Clinical Master’s degree required; post‑master experience preferred in treatment of adults, children, and/or families.

Must be eligible for or hold the highest level of Massachusetts licensure in an appropriate discipline (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC‑I, or LABA).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
