Salary:
$29.00 – $39.50 per hour (shift differentials included). Sign‑on bonuses: $10,000 for part‑time, $20,000 for full‑time. Additional annual retention bonus: $2,500 – $5,000.
Schedule:
1st shift: 6 AM – 2 PM 2nd shift: 2 PM – 10 PM 3rd shift: 10 PM – 6 AM

Daily responsibilities of an RN include:
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and promote independent lifestyles. Identify medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans, and re‑assess residents. Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services about community conditions, personnel performance, and resident needs. Deliver nursing care per physician orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, standards, and administrative policies. Ensure preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services and coordinate nursing care with other disciplines.
Qualifications:
Current nursing license valid in Michigan. Willingness to be available for all emergencies in the community.
