Adjunct Faculty Pool – Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Program – FY26 Salary:

$1,030 per load hour (most courses are 3–4 load hours).

Position type:

Part‑time/temporary faculty.

Position Summary Part‑time technical faculty will teach academic level courses for the 2025‑26 academic year and beyond. Candidates may be hired for specific courses or included in a pool for future assignments based on enrollment. The position is virtual.

Responsibilities

Instruct students in the content area and help them achieve academic success.

Follow established protocols for presence, responsiveness, grading, attendance and assessment of student learning.

Use current, effective classroom management techniques.

Monitor and continuously improve instruction to meet Student Learning Outcomes at the classroom, program and college level.

Evaluate student performance and maintain competency in the teaching field.

Work collaboratively with faculty, staff and students and communicate collegially.

Qualifications

Competence in the subject matter assigned to teach (education or professional experience).

Minimum of three (3) years of clinical research experience in the area of instruction.

Experience teaching college‑level courses.

Experience using a Learning Management System (preferably D2L Brightspace).

Ability to adapt instruction to student learning styles and accommodations.

Knowledge of diverse student populations and commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Benefits Adjunct faculty qualify for a tuition and fee waiver for PCC courses taken, as well as spouse and qualifying child(ren). Benefits such as sick leave are provided as required by law. No other college‑provided benefits will be offered.
