Overview Responsibilities and qualifications are below. This role supports Mayo Clinic Radiology with advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Responsibilities
Autonomously performs high quality, advanced diagnostic ultrasound imaging required for tertiary care in outpatient and inpatient settings, including abdominal, vascular, abdominal vasculature, small parts, and OB/GYN exams.

Qualifications
Graduate of an Accredited Sonography Program and/or ARDMS registered or registry eligible.
One year of experience as a Sonographer preferred.
Associate degree or above preferred.
ARDMS registered or registry eligible in the areas of abdomen, obstetrics/gynecology (OB/GYN) and vascular technology (RVT).
ARDMS registered in Abdomen, OB/Gyn, and RVT within 18 months of Mayo employment.
Each certification should be achieved within 6 months of eligibility.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days of start date.

Schedule: Full Time
Hours/Pay Period: 63
Schedule Details: 3:30p - 1a; works every other weekend; pattern described in original posting.
Weekend Schedule: 3:30p - 1a; covers 1-2 holidays per year.
Site Description: Mayo Clinic locations in Minnesota and other campuses; opportunities for growth.
