How You'll Impact Patient Care In addition to participating in our Nurse Residency Program, you can expect to have the following job responsibilities:

Take care of patients and their families using the nursing process, covering assessments to planning, treatments, education, and evaluations, following the hospital's policies.

Maintain safety and comfort by protecting patient privacy, using technology appropriately, and acting professionally.

Communicate effectively with the entire care team throughout the patient’s journey.

Demonstrate professionalism by following standards, continuing to learn, and taking responsibility for your actions.

What You'll Need REQUIRED

- At least 1 year RN experience

Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.

Registered Nurse licensure from the North Carolina Board of Nursing

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within 1 year of hire, per unit guidelines
