at this time. Responsibilities

Complete comfort creating and presenting material to audiences from Senior Exec down to power users within Oracle and within the federal government. Work hands-on with clinical and administrative staff in a healthcare environment. Maintain a strong IT background and IT administration experience in complex corporate environments. Apply Project Management playbooks, methodologies and track/report metrics. Participate in managing ongoing integration SDLC processes. Able to create/update technical documents describing interfaces. Manage many projects concurrently across different sites. Coordinate with Project Managers and Release Manager for the technical aspects of integration projects. Provide technical feedback and oversight on integration projects. Provide direction to integration PMs responsible for managing integration points. Qualifications

Good technical skills in Oracle Healthcare integration. Knowledge and experience in healthcare technology. Understanding of technical architecture, operating systems and networks. Ability to understand and create interface design documents. Ability to create technical solutions to integrate medical systems using medical interface standards. Strong understanding of Incident Management in a production IT environment and IT Operations. Good understanding of Problem Management, Change Management and Event Management processes. Demonstrated knowledge of incident management practices, activities, techniques, and tools within a large, complex organization, preferably in Infrastructure areas. Demonstrated ability to coordinate resolution efforts for escalated issues. Good understanding of the business impacts of critical situations. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at technical and business management levels. Strong customer-facing skills. Ability to maintain composure in high-stress/high-visibility situations and adapt priorities as needed in a dynamic business environment. Excellent teamwork, willingness to learn new technologies, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail along with good communication. US Hiring Range: USD 109,200 – 223,400 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
