Plans, coordinates, and implements nutritional therapy services for assigned populations. Assesses patient nutritional status and needs, develops and implements patient care plans, and evaluates patient responses. Collaborates with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and other healthcare team members to determine, coordinate, and provide medical nutrition therapy. Works with departmental management to provide nutritionally appropriate menus, food options, and services for patients and visitors. Develops and provides education, training, consulting, and counseling services throughout the organization and for the community on topics including eating disorders, weight loss, and dietary modifications for healthy lifestyles. Minimum Qualifications
Dietitian licensed in the State of Kentucky; Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration) EEO Statement
