Leadership & Supervision

Train and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants Oversee daily workflows and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively Address team concerns and resolve conflicts professionally Communicate clearly with team members and other staff

Patient Care & Technical Skills

Perform all standard veterinary technician duties, such as: Taking vital signs and collecting samples Administering medications, vaccines, and treatments Providing nursing care for sick or injured patients Assisting with surgeries and various procedures Performing laboratory tests and diagnostics Preparing patients for procedures and monitoring anesthesia Performing patient intubation
