Job Summary and Responsibilities Coordinates, supervises and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. Practices autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description. Input, extract, and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient centered care. Responsible for direct patient care, to include obtaining vitals, patient assessment & education, etc.

Job Requirements Minimum

Associates degree of Nursing

Two or more years of pediatric experience

Registered Nurse: AZ (RN:AZ)

Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Driver's License: AZ (AUTO:AZ)

Current AZ DPS level one fingerprint clearance card within 7 days of hire

Excellent communication and team building skills

One year of administrative experience

Willingness to learn to drive/operate mobile clinic for emergency purposes only

Strong office management and multitasking skills

Certification in school-based vision and hearing screening procedures within 18 months of hire

Preferred

Bachelors degree of Nursing

Greater than two years of outpatient/ambulatory facility experience

One year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting

Experience working in a school setting

Bi‑lingual

Pay Range: $35.62 - $52.99 /hour
