A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Manage cases in a 150-bed hospital, including complex cases in a semi-open ICU with round-the-clock intensivist coverage. Collaborate with nursing and participate in medical staff committees to improve communication and patient care. Teach and mentor medical students, APPs, and residents from Lincoln Memorial University. Attend weekly group huddles to discuss challenges and updates and promote seamless team collaboration.
