Responsibilities Include

Providing comprehensive patient care in a Med Surg/Telemetry setting

Monitoring patient vital signs and telemetry data

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborating with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Educating patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care
