Telos Health Systems staffs Psychotherapists—including Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)—in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities to provide high-quality mental health services to community residents. Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patients’ needs and psychosocial status. Conduct psychological and neuropsychological testing. Collaborate with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals. Provide appropriate documentation of all pertinent information obtained in interviews, consultations, referrals, and supportive services provided to each patient. Complete necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations. Work with our billing team, which handles all claims and authorizations, allowing you to focus on clinical work and documentation. Schedule
W2, Fee for Service role; pay per encounter—2‑day minimum commitment per week (Monday‑Friday) with days chosen by the clinician. Coverage Area
