Job Description This role provides skilled Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments to outpatients and inpatients upon a physician’s referral within the scope of current accepted physical therapy practices. Responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as PT in outpatient therapy preferred.

Current WI licensure as Physical Therapist, or eligibility.

Current BLS certification required at time of hire/start date.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate degree preferred.

APTA certification preferred.
