Overview
The Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at the School of Medicine is seeking board eligible/certified ABPP candidates for a non-tenure clinical track position with the University of Missouri School of Medicine department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R). Responsibilities
Provide rehabilitation psychology/neuropsychology inpatient rehabilitation consultation services, embedded within specialty interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams at Rusk Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture of MU Health Care and Encompass Health, a 60-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. Provide rehabilitation psychology/neuropsychology inpatient rehabilitation consultation services embedded within specialty interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams (stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and hip fracture) at Rusk. Extend practice into outpatient clinical care for ongoing rehabilitation psychology and neuropsychology-related care needs for patients with disabling conditions. Identify opportunities for service development and growth with leadership opportunities. Qualifications
