Medical Front Desk Receptionist
TekSystems is currently hiring for a Medical Front Desk Receptionist in the Washington, DC Area! Responsibilities
Check patients in Verify and authorize insurance Schedule follow-up appointments Answer phone calls to help patients Collect co‑pays Send call reminders for appointments Accept packages and log them into the system (e.g., hearing aids) when received Send medical records to various parties Qualifications
MUST have medical receptionist experience Either bilingual in Spanish and English or American Sign Language (ASL) experience Customer service oriented Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be bilingual in either American Sign Language If not, then bilingual in Spanish and have 2 years of healthcare experience Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
