Overview
Part Time Speech Language Pathologist – Homecare – Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association, St. Peter's Health Partners. Employment type: Part time. Shift: Day Shift. Location: Rensselaer/East Albany area. This role is on the Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association Homecare team. What You Will Do
Treat patients requiring home-based therapy, primarily post-acute or subacute. Responsibilities
Promote/provide speech therapy services in the home to assist the patient in achieving his/her optimal level of functioning. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, provide direct patient care and integrate patient/client management, examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis and interventions to maximize functional outcomes. Complete all documentation in accordance with professional, organizational, regulatory and facility compliance standards. Per diem needs are during the week – hours generally between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Position Highlights

What You Will Need
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved program. Current NYS Speech-Language Pathologist license and registration. 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, preferably in Homecare. Pay Range
Pay range: $37.60 - $47.60 per hour. Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may vary by location. Our Commitment
