Pediatric ICU team at Logan Health Children's in Kalispell, Montana! If you have at least 2 years of Pediatric ICU experience, you may qualify for a sign-on and relocation package. This role primarily serves our PICU but also provides support across the Pediatric services at Logan Health Children’s, offering a unique opportunity to care for a wide range of young patients in a collaborative environment. What You’ll Need: Minimum 2 years of PICU or similar pediatric critical care experience preferred CPR/BLS certification required (additional unit-specific certifications may be needed) Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork skills Desire to provide care across the pediatric spectrum in a supportive, team-based setting What You’ll Do: Deliver high-acuity, family-centered care in our dedicated PICU Provide additional support to the broader Pediatric team as needed Partner with providers and care teams to ensure safe, effective treatment Use critical thinking, clinical judgment, and clear communication to advocate for young patients Contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence Bring your PICU expertise to a team that values your impact!
