Support patient care delivery by collaborating with the nursing team to enhance the quality of life for patients and families. Duties include but are not limited to: Assist with personal care: bathing, hygiene, feeding, ambulation Report changes in patient condition promptly to the primary nurse Support non-invasive monitoring and comfort measures Respond to call lights and conduct regular rounds Collect and transport specimens per policy; retrieve medications Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers Participate in emergency response per BRGMC Code Blue Policy Clerical Duties May Include Greeting visitors and supporting unit communications Ensuring proper charge capture and timely order notifications Answering phones/intercom courteously and accurately Maintaining supply inventory and chart documentation Recording vital signs, intake/output, and assisting with nursing documentation Safety And Environmental Responsibilities Uphold BRGMC safety, infection control, and environmental policies Clean and sanitize patient areas and equipment Assist in transport and proper instrument sterilization preparation What Sets BRG Apart
