Skill Development Parent (PRN - Flexible Hours)
Join ChildServe as a temporary, 1:1 Skill Development Parent providing care, skill development, and supervision for a child receiving services at ChildServe.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 personal care, skill development, and training tailored to each child.
Teach daily living skills and conduct engaging activities.
Document observations and services accurately.
Receive ongoing training and supervision.
Schedule Flexible hours. Most shifts occur after 4 pm Monday–Friday or on weekends.
Qualifications
At least 18 years old with a high‑school diploma or GED.
Parent of a child receiving services at ChildServe.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills and reliable internet access.
Valid driver’s license held for 3 years, passing a motor‑vehicle record and car safety check; willing to act as an authorized ChildServe driver.
Criminal and child‑abuse background checks, punctual attendance, and effective communication in English.
