Location: Norfolk, VA 23507 (Virginia healthcare jobs) Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Unit: Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) Start Date: October 20, 2025 End Date: January 19, 2026 Duration: 13-week contract Shift: 10-hour day shifts Hours per Week: 40 Estimated Weekly Pay: $3120 - $3200 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting BLS certification (AHA) required ACLS certification preferred Strong clinical skills in cardiac nursing, critical thinking, and communication Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment Cath Lab RN Responsibilities
Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after cardiac procedures Administer medications and manage IVs as needed in a clinical setting Maintain accurate patient records and electronic documentation Ensure a safe, sterile, and supportive environment for patients and healthcare staff Respond rapidly to cardiac emergencies and deliver high-quality patient care Ready to take the next step in your nursing career?
