Senior Account Executive — Life Sciences Staffing (Engineering & Manufacturing)
Hybrid working model based in Raleigh, NC (local candidates preferred). Base pay $100,000.00/yr – $120,000.00/yr. OTE includes a competitive base salary with uncapped commission aligned to experience. Open to authorization to work in the U.S.; background check and drug screen required.
Drive territory growth for engineering and manufacturing hiring at pharmaceutical and biotech facilities in the Southeast. Sell staffing and talent solutions, win new clients, and partner with delivery teams to place technical and validation talent into high‑value projects.
Key Responsibilities
Own new business development and territory growth across Life Sciences construction, engineering, and manufacturing accounts.
Prospect, qualify and advance leads from outreach to signed agreement using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and direct outreach.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial terms for technical staffing engagements.
Build and execute strategic account plans to secure long‑term client partnerships and repeat business.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to translate client requirements into candidate pipelines and successful placements.
Produce reliable forecasts, client quotes and weekly status reports; manage pipeline in CRM.
Negotiate contracts and manage post‑placement client satisfaction and delivery issues.
Travel to client sites and industry events as required (up to 25%).
Qualifications
3+ years’ B2B sales or business development experience selling staffing, recruitment, or technical solutions; 5+ preferred for senior hires.
Proven experience selling into Life Sciences, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, or facility engineering clients.
Track record of new‑client wins and measurable revenue or placement outcomes.
Practical familiarity with engineering, validation, manufacturing, commissioning, or technical roles is highly desirable.
Strong user of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Bullhorn, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and commercial skills.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; willing to complete background check and drug screen.
