Overview

GrayColors provides quality in-home services to families whose infant/toddler has a developmental delay and/or disorder. Services include working with the child and parent using a play-based atmosphere to achieve goals set for the child's developmental advancement. Sessions are 1-2 hours per week per child and parents/guardians must be present during sessions. Responsibilities

Deliver in-home services to infants/toddlers with developmental delays or disorders in a play-based setting. Collaborate with parents/guardians to implement developmental goals during each session. Ensure sessions are conducted within the 1-2 hour weekly timeframe per child. Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children and families. Job Requirements

Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in child development, psychology, speech development, or a similar field. At least one year of experience working directly with infants/toddlers who have a disability or disorder. Ability to pass a background check. Reliable transportation and a current driver's license. Current auto insurance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work without constant supervision. Ability to speak and understand Spanish fluently is a plus (optional). Benefits

Four weeks of paid shadow training. Starting pay $20 per hour and up. Partial mileage reimbursement. Flexible hours. Paid meeting once per month. Areas of Service

Los Angeles County areas including: Inglewood, Culver City, Hawthorne, Gardena, Los Angeles, Malibu, Santa Monica, and the Pacific Palisades. Website
