Work in the heart of #humankindess at CHI Oakes Hospital. As our Radiology Technologist, you will help capture usable diagnostic images from patients so the Radiologist can accurately diagnose and/or rule out different conditions. This is a full-time position with weekday hours and shared on-call duty. Every day you could perform any variety of imaging examinations. You'll perform both conventional radiology and CT to also include working the c-arm during pain clinic procedures. No CT experience, no problem! We will train! Pay
$26.76/hr - $39.81/hr Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic procedures with conventional radiology to also include c-arm. Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the imaging order. Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself. Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures. Qualifications
Graduate of a Radiology Technology program or Associate's degree (2 year program) equivalent program. Must hold a valid Medical Radiography or General Radiology Technologist Permit to Practice license in North Dakota (MRAD:ND) ARRT Board Certified in Radiology (RTR) Basic Life Support (BLS) required and issued by the American Heart Association. Preferred
CT experience or willing to train. About Us
CHI Oakes Hospital is a 20-bed critical access hospital that provides various inpatient and outpatient services to approximately 14000 people in southeastern North Dakota. It is also a 24-Hour Emergency Level V Trauma Center. The hospital building was newly-constructed in 2007 replacing a 50-year old building and in 2010 Oakes Community Clinic was opened within the hospital building.
