What You'll Do
Deliver top-quality, compassionate care that meets residents where they are Administer medications and treatments with attention to safety and accuracy Monitor health changes and document with precision Collaborate with a dedicated team to build and implement person-centered care plans Keep things clean and cozy—follow infection control practices and promote a safe environment Communicate with residents and families in a way that makes everyone feel heard and supported
What You Bring
An active LPN license in the state of Ohio CPR certification Experience in assisted living or long-term care is a plus (but not a deal-breaker) Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills A team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed A heart for seniors and a passion for making every day count
