Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist
position on our Homecare team at Eddy Visiting Nurse & Rehab Association in the Capital District. Position Highlights: Independence: Enjoy the autonomy of starting and ending your day from home once trained. Technology: Use the latest tools to enhance patient care. Compensation: Competitive rates with comprehensive benefits. Safety: Prioritized through training and protective equipment. Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes, mainly post-acute or subacute cases. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and document care according to standards. Complete all documentation in line with compliance standards. Work primarily during weekdays, hours generally between 8 am and 4 pm. Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an approved program. Current NYS Speech Pathologist license and registration. At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Homecare. Enjoy the independence of starting and ending your day from home, and be at the forefront of the shift towards community-based healthcare. Eddy VNRA offers comprehensive orientation, ongoing support, and training. Pay ranges from $37.60 to $47.60 per hour, based on experience and education.
