Overview
We are a collaborative and supportive clinic seeking licensed psychologists who share our commitment to compassionate, individualized care and who enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan. We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting psychological and/or neuropsychological assessments, providing therapy, and working with children, adolescents, or adults with neurodevelopmental conditions. This role is flexible and can be tailored toward assessment, therapy, or a combination of both, depending on your interests and strengths. Responsibilities
Assessment (if applicable):
Conduct comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for individuals ages 3 through adulthood. Utilize a range of assessment tools, including ADOS-2, NEPSY-II, D-KEFS, WAIS-4, WISC-5. Prepare psychological and neuropsychological reports and provide clear, compassionate feedback to clients and families. Collaborate with schools, medical professionals, and other providers as needed. Therapy (if applicable):
Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, or adults with concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. Deliver evidence-based and neurodiversity-affirming interventions such as CBT, ACT, parent coaching, or social skills training. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in collaborative case planning. Qualifications
PhD or PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology. Licensed (or license-eligible) as a Psychologist in the state of Utah. Experience in assessment and/or therapy with neurodivergent populations. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compensation
$85,000 - $115,000 yearly
