Responsibilities
Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns throughout delivery and postpartum stages.
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, assessing progress and responding to changes.
Assist with labor, delivery, and emergency procedures ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Educate new mothers on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
