Responsibilities
Provide specialized care to critically ill newborns and premature infants
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage medical equipment
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
Educate families on infant care and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols
