Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to surgical ICU and stepdown patients, monitoring vital signs, and managing complex medical conditions.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Assess patient progress, document findings, and communicate updates effectively.
Educate patients and families on post‑operative care and recovery.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
