What you’ll do at OhioMHAS
Provide medication, education, and empowerment to individuals. Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior, condition, and response to medication. Monitor patient health, including vital signs, treatment plan progress, and activity participation. Serve as a vital member of a multi-disciplinary team, creating a safe and positive environment through safety and observation rounds and group facilitation. This is an
hourly position covered by the OCSEA/AFSCME bargaining unit (union) , with a pay range of

. Normal working hours vary based on department needs. This position is located at
1101 Summit Road, Cincinnati, OH 45237 . Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will start at
Step 1
of the pay range. Candidate must hold a license to practice nursing as a licensed practical nurse issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing pursuant to Section 4723 Ohio Revised Code. MDS certification issued by ANNAC (American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination) is also required. All applications will be reviewed based on qualifications, experience, education, and active disciplinary record. Required Educational Transcripts Official transcripts are required for all post-secondary education, coursework, or degrees listed on the application. Applicants
must
submit official transcripts before a formal employment offer is made. Failure to provide transcripts within five (5) business days of request will result in disqualification. Transcripts printed from the institution’s website are not accepted. OhioMHAS reserves the right to verify the academic validity of the degree-granting institution.
