Welcome all customers and set expectations for service Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses Act as a knowledgeable leader in optical acumen Take and record measurements; accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail; ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions Use technology accurately under time pressure; maintain exceptional product knowledge Be proactive, explore root causes of issues, and ensure customer satisfaction and exceeded expectations Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies Maintain store appearance; keep store clean, attractive, and organized Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices Be resourceful, self-motivated with a desire for continual learning and improvement Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management Basic Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent State licensure Optical dispensing experience Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder Knowledge of current store merchandise Strong basic math skills Awareness of current fashion trends Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators Willingness to embrace new technology and change Preferred Qualifications
