Job Summary To facilitate collaboration of care and superior treatment outcomes for our young learners, we have an opening for a Masters level Occupational Therapist. Our center-based program delivers intensive early intervention for young children with autism. Each child receives 1-on-1 OT therapy delivered by a technician and overseen by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the day. Most of our learners require Occupational Therapy in addition to ABA and Speech Therapy. We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual to provide high quality OT, collaborate with our clinicians on case management, and help our learners maximize their potential. We would also consider a strong candidate with leadership and management skills for a more comprehensive role in the growth of Ally Behavior.
Responsibilities
Deliver center-based occupational therapy as part of an integrated ABA program.
Collaborate with BCBA and other clinicians on case management to maximize outcomes.
Contribute to therapy planning and participate in team meetings to support learners.
Possibly take on leadership or management responsibilities for growth of Ally Behavior.
Qualifications
Masters Degree required
Valid state licensing for location(s) of practice required
Experience with early intervention and working with children with autism
Strong and fluent writing and oral communication
Desire for professional growth and career advancement
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods
Ability to reach and hold objects
Ability to lift 30 pounds

What We Offer
1099 contract work
$70 per hour worked (30 minute billable sessions)
Semi-monthly payroll (24 periods)
