The Opportunity We are hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to work with residents of a senior living community offering independent, assisted living, and memory care. Therapy services are covered by private insurance and Medicare Part B. As an OT, you will: Provide occupational therapy and wellness services to older adults Conduct assessments, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions within a multidisciplinary team Support care coordination through wellness check visits, communication with providers and caregivers, and assisting with telehealth visits Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company policies Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and problem-solving Enhance each patient’s functional well-being and satisfaction Schedule
Our clinics typically operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. We offer flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle. Benefits
