Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Part-time Employment Offers Competitive Pay: $42-$53 per hour Employer-supported Dental Benefits Support for professional growth and continuing education Team-oriented work environment Strong clinical team for mentorship and support 1 hour appointments Friendly welcoming staff Training to ensure a successful start Training on laser & GBT Baystate Dental is a well-established practice where hygienists are highly valued. To ensure a successful start, new hires receive a short training program so they feel confident when seeing patients. This role is great for new grads! We emphasize the importance of technology in delivering top-notch dental care. We currently utilize hygiene lasers, 3D printers, Primescan, Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), and Overjet AI. You’ll have access to advanced tools to provide high-quality care. Previous experience is welcome but not required; new hygiene grads are encouraged to apply. Must have an active hygiene license for the state of MA. New grads must be applying for licensure soon. How To Apply

Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations; adhere to sterilization protocols Qualifications
Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene License: Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) Certifications: Local anesthesia certification and CPR/First Aid (if applicable) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort Legal Disclaimer
