Participate with members of the interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate residents' care. Document the resident's condition and nursing needs accurately and timely. Report pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents promptly. Develop, direct, and monitor nursing assistant assignments, adjusting based on census and care level. Execute treatments as necessary and document reactions to medications and treatments. Generate, prepare, administer, and chart all medications. Initiate physician orders. Facilitate communication with families regarding medication changes and resident updates. Ensure care plans are continually reviewed and updated to reflect the resident's individuality. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure quality service. And here's what you need to apply:
Licensed Practical Nurse graduate from an accredited nursing program. Certifications and LPN license, along with other licensure required by state regulations.
