Clinician positions are available as part‑time or full‑time roles in Providence, RI. The Clinician will provide therapeutic services to youth and families, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling sessions. The role also includes case reviews, accurate documentation, outreach activities, and crisis intervention when required. Responsibilities
Provide therapeutic services to youth and families Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Deliver individual and group counseling sessions Collaborate with other professionals and participate in case reviews Maintain accurate documentation of services provided Engage in outreach activities Provide crisis intervention as needed Qualifications
Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans Skills in individual and group counseling Ability to collaborate with other professionals and participate in case reviews Strong documentation and record‑keeping skills Experience providing crisis intervention and handling emergency situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Rhode Island (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Professional experience working with youth and families Compensation and Benefits
Full‑time salaried Clinicians receive a weekly salary of $31.97 per hour (MSW, LCSW) or $33.41 per hour (LICSW, LMHC). In addition to salary, the full‑time position includes a $7,500 hiring bonus paid in two installments: $3,750 after 3 months of successful orientation and $3,750 after 6 months of employment. Part‑time clinicians are eligible for a $3,000 hiring bonus, paid as $1,500 after 3 months and $1,500 after 6 months. Seniority Level
